If sent back without speaking with us, even if you made a return before, this may push you out of the 14 day policy.


Return Policy:
• Returns will be issued for refunds in the form of a digital Gift Card
• We must receive your return within 14 days of your order delivery date to be eligible for a store credit.
• Exchanges and store credit returns must be scent free, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached. Please include your package slip with the return.
• Store credit returns must be received within 14 calendar days of receiving your order (unless otherwise noted at purchase).
For returned items past the 14-day return period, a 25% restocking fee will be subtracted from the store credit given.
The 14 days starts from the day the order was received by the customer.
• Returns older than 20 days will be rejected, and you will be contacted to have them shipped back to you at your expense.
• Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Any items during a sale are considered sale items
• If items are sent back past the return policy period, the customer is responsible for return postage. Please speak with someone before you send any items back.
• Shipping charges are not refundable.
If you send an item back without speaking to someone and getting the correct adress each time, we are not responsible for the return. 


HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY STORE CREDIT?
Expect an emailed E-Gift card within 5-8 business days of the delivery of your return at our warehouse.
Do we offer return labels?
We do not offer return labels at this time.
Can I make a return past the 14-day period for store credit?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept clothing past the 14-day return policy for store credit.
If items are returned past this period, the customer will be required to pay a $6 shipping charge to have the items sent back. 


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:
The following items are non-returnable/exchangeable.
• All accessories
• All hats
• All masks
• All jewelry
• All intimates/leggings/bralettes
• All sale items
• Anything over 15%
• This includes any and ALL FLASH SALES
If you return a non-returnable item, the item will be disposed of or added to a donation pile.
Store credit will not be issued. No exceptions.
PREORDERS-
All preorders have an ETA when purchasing you are agreeing that you understand that ETA to us may change. We can not cancel refund preorders as they were ordered for you. We are very sorry when the ETA does change but it’s out of our control if the vendor has an issue on their end. Once we receive the item it will ship promptly! 

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

When you place an order with us please note that the liability is between you and USPS, UPS, DHL. We do not make any exceptions to this policy.

We are always happy to help you try and find packages that aren't marked as delivered but we are not responsible for the lost item.
If a package has been scanned as delivered we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
We do have a few recommendations to help track down your package.

• Confirm that the shipping address you entered in is correct.
• Visit your local USPS office with tracking number to see where the mail man dropped off your package
• Check with neighbors to see if your package got dropped off next door.
• Sometimes USPS updates tracking information as "delivered" a few hours or even days earlier than the actual delivery.
Please wait at least 48 hours to see if the package turns up.

Defective Items

  • If you have received a defective item, please contact us within 3 DAYS to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within three days of receiving the item, it will no longer qualify for a return or replacement. You must include a photo of the damage/defect with your email.
  • We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care or handling, or incorrect sizing.
  • Exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects, and the buyer will pay return shipping if a return to our warehouse is attempted.
